why the charade of constantly giving these crooked business …and we know they are crooked and have larceny in their heats…..why do these politicians give them latitude to make more bad decisions that are against the country’s interests…stealing from tax payers ..and then come back later trying to shame them and say what they should have done?

If they wanted the bailout money to not go to bonuses…why did they simply not put it in black and white and say so?

I am tired of the games…..this feels like a scam….it was a scam with the first bailout and subsequent bailouts are scams too…

Look at AIG..they are even given the bailout money to foreign firms and still planning to give huge bonuses..

My wife wrote over 70 bad checks in two counties (40 in one county, which the case is set to go to grand jury june 12th) .

The police raided the house with a search warrant, obtaining over 54 items. all of which are evidence . there is no question that this is real

does anybody know what the minimum time will be to serve in regard to prosecution .. ?

she is a first time offender .. over 40 checks .. totalling 00 — account was closed the whole time .. the forgery part was that she used my account from 2 years ago …. and signed my name on at least 10 checks.

I appeared twice on the Dr. Phil show. Once in Jan, and once in Feb all of this year. It was for "rage" issues. I’m a bitch basically. they exploited me! They twist things you say, they script a lot of what you are to say on the show for the shock factor. Dr. Phil is an IDIOT. H said nothing that wasn’t obvious or common sense about my "issue". He gave no constructive advice or help. At least his wife,Robin said a few things that made sense and were true. he promised me help from a famous Dr. Dr. Lawlwss. I saw him twice. Nothing. No help, just blither-blather. My whole family had to take time off from work/school. We has to find kennels for our dogs. I could not see my 6 year old child while I was on these "trips"to LA. And though they pay for your basic plane fare and hotel, it was very, very expensive to us. They do not pay you to be on the show. They said they could possibly "reimburse" for missed work,and when it came time for that, it was like pulling teeth. We did not get a check when promised. we did not gat what they said we would get,and they said budget was very tight -wich I understood, untill I saw several shows where Dr. Phil said the show would pay someones debts of tens of thousands of dollars, or but them things they needed, or send them on expensive trips. After the first show, I did not want to return for a second. They basically begged me. They promised money for all our expenses and troubles, and most of all, would not give me the results of my medical testing that dr. Lawless did, unless I went to do a second show, so naturally, I felt I had to. I fell for it all, hook,line, and sinker. The Dr. phil show is a fraud. It is entertainment only,not a self-help show as they claim, and I come to find out after the fact, that Dr. phil is not even a doctor of psychology,he has his doctorate in botany. Yes, botany, the study of plants. I have temporarily lost custody of my son because of this,because through the script, I looked like an unstable mother, which was great for my ex-husband, but very much not true. I am a bitch, and I use mean and foul language if someone wrongs me in my eyes, but I’m not a psychotic,bad person. And of course in the small town I live in, I am the laughing stock, and everyone loves to talk trash about me,which I wouldn’t care if not for the fact that my family,my mom, sister, has done nothing to deserve looking like the sibling,or mother of a fool. I’m writing to tell everyone- DO NOT GO ON THE DR PHIL SHOW.IT IS A FRAUD. I will write this everywhere I can to get the word out. Yuo have to sign a contract stating that you will not defame the show in any way,shap or form, but what are they gonns do? Sue my broke ass? right. dr. Phil, you are a liar and a phony. My husband has his own business. I am a stay at home mom. I have recently found out that his HR Manager had not filed nor paid payroll taxes for about 9 months. The amount owed is astronomical and I am in shock about what to do, who to talk to, etc.
Question 1: How much is my husband going to be held responsible for if he did not know about this until recently?
Question 2: Can this employee be made responsible for this in any way?
Question 3: What about me? Because I am married to him will I be made responsible for any of this even if I had nothing to do with the business in question? (we live in a community-property state, that’s why I am wondering..)

My husband added his ex girl friend to his bank account when they broke up so that his daughter would never go with out. It was an innocent mistake he was trying to do the right thing. After she cleaned out his life savings she reported to child support that she received nothing, (that is fraud) and he was sent a bill for ,000.00. Upon showing bank documentations he was told that they were irrelevent. He is not allowed custody because of this back owed amount and was orderd to pay 00.00/mo. My children and I were forced to live in our car in the parking lot at the beach. When I went to welfar I was told my husband made too much money. This girl has her parents raising her children while she lives it up for free, on my kids money. I have written congress, I have requested a lower amount and they gave him 7per mo. He had to quit his job in San Diego, and move in with Satan (mother in law) We are unable to rebuild what was destroyed, I don’t have 7/mo for my two children.

A close freind of mine is being prosecuted for Credit Card Fraud/Identity theft and has a court hearing next week. She also is bipolar. Her lawyer wants a certificate of diagnosis from her mental health provider….do you think her mental circumstances will help her case? I guess she was off her meds at the time cause she couldnt work due to the bipolar and side effects of her medication.

With the widespread use of electronic voting, vote fraud and fraudulent elections will increase. The repubs will not go quietly into the night. It’s going to take armed insurrection to pry them out now that they have control. We need massive voting and election reform. We need term limits not just for individuals but for political parties as well! We need campaign spending limits and full discloser where the money is coming from and especially no corporate donations not even indirectly! My ex-wife gave someone else enough information to pull my credit report, on her behalf, through the service freecreditreport.com. FCR sent me a notice in the mail, which is how I found out about it. I already have gone into my account to change passwords, etc… and shut down access.

The issue is this. She did this in 2005, when we were going through our divorce. I challenged her on it and she claimed she had a guy friend who was a Private Investigator and he must have done it in his zeal to help her. This time, she denies having anything to do with it. However, you need to know a lot about a person’s credit history to gain such access.

What is interesting this time is that they used a Discover card to gain credit authorization to check my credit report. This is good as I have an electronic record of the breach.

But my ultimate question has to do with government reporting. My guess is that accessing someone else’s credit is a serious crime. Since I have already given my ex a Get-Out-Of-Jail free card on this exact matter, I’m of a mind to defend my information to the fullest extent possible this time around. Therefore, I need to know to whom I can report the breach of this information.

I knew someone who was a victim and they never found out who stole his identity. How do the FBI and police find the theif? I know someone that’s claims his grandkids to get earned income.Been doing it for about 8 years and still counting and has never been caught.That stuff makes me sick because I’m trying to keep my family fed and they are ripping off our tax dollars.No the kids don’t live with him he just uses them to get that extra money for himself.
