(COLA is cost of living adjustment it’s a yearly raise for Social Security beneficiaries to account for inflation and expecting bills to go up for the new year as well.) This is the worst time of the economy to do this…..the bills in 2010 and 2011 will still go up but now their income won’t. [...]
