I have a "sister in law" who really needs to be turned in for fraud. she collects social security disability benefits for a bad back. Yet she goes to work with my brother every day 5, 6, 7 days a week installing carpet and doing heavy work around the house ( I know about the house work because my dad lives with them and he tells me and he is %100 honest) I also have pics of her dancing the night away at my other brothers wedding. if she can do all that then for sure she can get a real job and does not deserve my tax money!!! she only works for my brother off the books since it is his own private company. and she beats my brother…yep gave the poor man a black eye and throws things at him…but he would never turn her in….what can I do????

Trust is great. But nobody ever KNOWS that their partner will never cheat.

I have a friend whose money was stolen by a business person who claimed to be a Certified Financial Planner, and a Licensed Investment Broker, among many other things. The business person was in school getting their MBA in Financial Planning at the time, and has now graduated. My friend wants to know if the school will potentially revoke his MBA degree based on the fact that he falsified his information with the school, and will be convicted of a felony soon. Please only respond if you understand the question fully and have informed knowledge on the subject.

The business person was nominated for "Student of the Month" where he was given a chance on their newsletter to promote his business. It was on the school’s newsletter that he falsified that he had investment licenses (but my friend found out he has none), and several other things regarding his financial planning experience.

My friend and I are thinking that he most likely falsified his application to the school. She’s been informed by law enforcement that he committed several felonies, including infinity, affinity fraud and a ponzi scheme, and will most likely be convicted of a few felonies. Based on this information, would the school honor his MBA, if he misrepresented himself to the school as well?

I know someone who was married and had 3 kids abroad where she was born and she immigrated to the U.S. after years of having a work visa as an R.N. She met someone new in the States and had 2 kids with her new lover. She petitioned her husband and kids in 1989, and immediately divorced him within the year. She petitioned him just so he can work his butt off and pay her some child support and so she could legally get married to her new guy that she had new kids with. My question is, isn’t what she did immigration fraud? Even though she was married to the other guy, she had the ill intention of divorcing him to be with someone else. Oh, and 2 out of her 3 kids from her first husband moved out of her house within a year and 2 years because she was verbally and emotionally abusing them. So her intentions to bring her first family here in the U.S were not because she loved them, it’s because it benefited her in every way. Can she be charged with immigration fraud? She was already a U.S. citizen when she petitioned her first husband. She has a great job as one of the excellent registered nurses here in the country. Great credit history, house, no criminal or traffic record whatsoever, great lifestyle she lives in. She gained all that but she was and still is a terrible mother and an adulterer. She petitioned her first husband as a spouse but she was already living with her lover, so her first husband never even lived with her here in the States. I don’t think she should be deported because she had served this country as an excellent and honest nurse. But I think she should be penalized by serving time and pay fines for her overall actions in terms of the petition. And for being a bad mother.

She was arrested on charges of social security fraud, she was found guilty and deported after serving two years in jail. The immigration paperwork says she cannot return for 20yrs. She seems to think she can get this overturned. Is this true or just wishful thinking.

The case is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. Tuesday in federal court in Alexandria, Va.
William Jefferson is accused of soliciting bribes, racketeering, money laundering and other crimes. Jefferson represented parts of New Orleans until losing re-election last year.

I work for a company that employees temp workers for other companies. Many of our employees file W-5 forms for Advanced EIC. A small number of them (maybe 100 in total) are known to not have children and also claim exempt. They take the Advanced EIC payments and do not file taxes at the end of the year.

My boss (the controller) has told me that its none of my business and while part of me agrees I am sick and tired as a tax payer of having these moochers screwing the system.

A con man made a call claiming to be an officer from Department of Revenue. He said that I applied for LLC business license, but failed to complete paperwork. I was panic when I heard someone tried to file for LLC under my name. The guy said my ssn over the phone and asking is this my SSN? I unconsciously confirmed it was mine. He hung up then I realized, it was a scam. The LLC filing doesn’t required SSN and the filing is with corporate commission. I took all precaution measures by putting fraud alert on the big three. Enrolling to 24/7 credit monitoring services. I tried to file police report, but they won’t let me claiming that no crime is committed. What else should I do to prevent furthre damage? Also, why would the con man called if he already has my SSN?

There is an individual that has been claiming illegally to receive PA state welfare and assistance, she pretty much has it all, food stamps, child care, medical, energy, ALL. She has split (50/50)custody of her child with the father, but on her assistance claims, she stated that she has full custody of the child. Every residence she has lived in has been with a prior or current boyfriend, with his name on the lease, bills are also split 50/50. She has been reported by numerous individuals many times, because of her, the father is unable to get assistance that is needed, and its also been reported and proven that she lets family members, friends, etc use assistance to their benefits. Not to mention the obscene amount of money that goes towards their 6 pets, video games, etc. My biggest question is how long before the state reviews all the fraud claims and possibly reviews her.

i know someone who has been doing benefit fraud for over 3 years now….. he claims something called family tax credit, housing benefit and child benefits
altogether he gets over £2000.
he is not working and has a property of his own but he is claiming benefit under a false address, his friend’s i think.
therefore he is not entitled to housing benefit or family tax credit as i believe u have to have a job to claim that

Jack Hyles was not only wrong on salvation and repentance, he was also a class "A" fraud. I graduated from his college and seminary in the 1980s. I attended First Baptist Church of Hammond for seven years. I played their game quite well, not knowing any better at the time. I "won" more souls there than anyone in my time there. I was awarded "The Sword of the Lord Award for Evangelism" in recognition of my "numbers." (They were in the thousands.) I taught "soul winning" in Pastor’s School.

Jack Hyles would say and do anything to validate his ministry and his massive ego. Numbers were ALL that mattered to him. I have seen buses full of black children who, while not being allowed in the bus ministry, were driven down the alley behind the church, told to repeat a prayer, and counted as "souls won on church property" during big days. It was a disgraceful practice!

In all my years in Hyles’ church I was NEVER able to find ONE person whom Jack Hyles personally led to the Lord, even in his own fraudulent way. He was big on sending others, but he himself NEVER went!

Thank you for reminding folks what a fraud this entire ministry was and is. His son-in-law now runs the show. He is a man who is thoroughly compromised by his detailed knowledge of everything that went on there for twenty years — the moral degeneracy of Dave Hyles, the child molestations, the rampant affairs, divorces, debauchery and adultery, the lust and fornication on the part of so many staff members, the cultishness, the siege mentality, the twisted doctrine, the arranged marriages, and so much more. Hello, i am 17 years old. my mom gets a social security check for my dads death. for the past few years i have been kicked out, i barely have had any clothes and now that i do not live there, she will not give me any money even though imm under somebody elses guardianship. what do i do because i need money for clothes and food. please i need help.

I live in Iowa and my cousin dumped her son on us. We are financially stable as far as our family however I did not anticipate having another teen in the house which will put a hardship on us if we treat him like one of our own. His mother has 3 kids–3 different dads– and takes care of none of them…the other 2 live with dad/step dad…however she still receives social security death benefits for one–lives rent free with a relative–still married to daddy #3 (the child I have stepdad) but supposedly separated until it comes to EIC time and the big tax refund they get….I did get the child on medicaid because our insurance wont cover him and the state of Iowa recently apporved us for a care giver grant of 183.00 monthly. It seems ridiculous that 183.00 is suppose to cover a 15 year old child monthly because that to me barely covers food/clothing/hygeine not to mention school trips, he will need a car soon, wants a cell phone, needs clothing (he came to us with 2 pairs of jeans, no socks no winter coat, 5 shirts, a sweatshirt and about 4 pairs of underwear–we have successfully gotten him a coat,socks, some jeans and shirts and underclothes) Can I sue mom or step dad for child support and if I can how do I do it??? Also I have turned her in for welfare fraud, social security fraud (cuz the kid she gets money for that lives with step dad) food stamp fraud…..but am doubtful anything will come out of that….amazingly she still thinks she should get food stamps because the kids "may" be with her once a week……Its pathetic!!!! I was sent an approval for a secured loan, but I did not have anything to secure it with. The man I spoke to said I could pay 6 months worth of payments up front to secure the loan I just need to western union the funds to an account rep. for the lender in Canada. I actually went to the Bank got the money and was standing there at the Western Union counter and deceided not to go thru with it. I had a bad feeling about it. Does anyone know are they really a Mortgage Broker or is it fraud?

Back in July 2008, I moved into an apartment. I was working from home before and had written down someones information to get them signed up for a product that required personal information. I called the electric company to put the electric in my name, and they said I wasn’t able to get it because I had a prior past due bill that needed to be paid first. I was freaking out because I didn’t have that kind of money, and I was pregnant and have a 5 year old child. I was racking my brain on what to do, so I went though my notebook and found this person’s information. I called the electric company and put it in their name. Every bill that I got, I paid, and was never late. It wasn’t my intent to hurt this person at all. I just needed to borrow it to make sure that my unborn child and my 5 year old had heat and a way for me to make them food. I ended up moving out a few months later after the baby was born and in with someone else, and had the electricity turned off. I forgot about paying the balance of the budget bill (0 and some change). The electric company located this person (states away) and mailed them the bill. It was reported as fraud/identity theft. I was contacted by my city police and went down to the station immediately and confessed everything. I even brought proof that I had been paying the bill. The officer was extremely nice and thanked me for my cooperation. He stated that he can tell that I didn’t do this out of malice because I was extremely truthful and he sees proof of payment. He told me that he would send it to the DA and call me when and if a warrant was issued so I could go and turn myself in without embarrassment. Just this Friday, he called and said a warrant was issued and a ,000 bond as well. He told me to just come in Monday morning at 6am that way I could see the judge the same day for my preliminary hearing. I am guilty, I know that I did it, and I don’t want to plead NOT guilty because that would make me a liar. I want to know if I plead guilty on Monday, if I will be put in jail. I’m scared, but I know I messed up and am willing to pay back what I owe. I have no record other than minor traffic violations. What do you think will happen?

what are some fraud related issues. how are the people. are they generally good to communicate with and not rude. people good depending on the area. what kind of business is safest, easiest, cheapest to run, and fastest way to make money. what is a business for a school age child to do. like 8 or 9 without any outside help.

Here is the story. My husband had a girld with a high school sweet heart. She was dating him and Guy "B". She got pregnant, told my husband it was his. Whe child was 2, my husband married her. She was still sleeping with Guy "B". my husband moved out of state, but he sent her monthly payments, that was not court ordered every month. Ten years later, she filed for divorce, and told my husband that they got a divorce. She sent him the papers that did not mention child support. But he continue to wire, and transfer her money every month through bank accounts. My husband married me, and his ex sent the child to live with him and myself for four years. His son told me that his mom had my husband on child support. My husband contacted her and she said "No", that I was lying and I was just trying to cause confusion. My concern was that if we are sending her 0 a month without a court order, then if there is a child support order, then I would rather send it through child support departments. After this his ex comes and picks up her son after four years, and take him to live with her. A month later, support kids call the house and the Attorney general of Texas sends a letter stating that ,000.00 is back child support is owed. My husband tries to tell them that he was never served with support papers, that a DNA was never done, and he had no idea that he was even on child support because he was never served, and it was not in their divorce papers. Support kids faxed him over some divorce papers, that had were nothing like the original papers that he received. These showed child support amounts and everything.

His ex had remarried, and her last name is lets say, "Smith". She married the other guy that she was involved with when they had originally got married, and the guy she was having an affair with that made them get a divorce in the first place. And to make matters worst. My husbands last name is, lets say, "Doe". Their son is not going by the name of "Doe-Smith". A combination of both of the guys last name. His son is now 19, and although my husband has tried to fight it because he was never served, and it is a possibility that it is the other man’s son, Texas Attorney General will even hear it. They are garnishing his wages, taking his taxes all for a child that may not be his, because of her lies. The divorce papers that were sent through support kids were a fraud, and I know it. The paperwork states that she wants her last name restored to "Smith". My question about that is, if my husband was your first husband, and your his last name was, "Doe". How can you get your last name restored to "Smith". Your maiden name is something else, Smith is the husband that you all have now. Is there any help for my husband.
The child is now 19, so he is paying arrears. He has been trying to fight this for years. They had joint custody, when the child lived with us for 4 years. As soon as she found out that he knew that he was on child support, she ran up here and swooped the child back up. That was two years ago. The child could be the other guys, that is why my husband left her to begin with, "She is a hore" And the child is now carrying an hypenated last name, my husbands, and the other possible father last name. I believe that support kids tampered with the divorce paperwork, because the original copy that my husband received does not state anything about child support. He gave her money and paid for all of his school activities, because he is a good father, and didn’t want CSE to dictate to him how much he needs to give to his son. He paid more per month then the order even stated.
I do not know how to reply to answers, so this is for DoNotBuy. Unfortunately, in the laws of my state, even if a man signs a birth certificate, if you were not married, when the child was born, a DNA test must be done. This was never done. I am not belittling her, I am just stating the facts of the case. The reason that I mentioned the fact of her last name is because those papers had to have been falsified, because it could not be possible that in the divorce papers from my husband, (her first husband), that she wants her name restored to her name that is her second husband, the man she is married to now. That is evidence to me that those papers have been falsified. I never said, "CSE falsified the documents" please read with an understanding before you make rude comments, this makes you look illiterate. I said, Support Kids, falsified those papers. It seems strange that CSE has not came after him at all for 18 years, if he had not paid, until those forged divorce papers surfaced.
The TX Attorney generals office told us to submit school records that proved that he lived with us, we did, not they said that it does not prove anythings, because although he lived with us in our state and we had proof from the school, such as Grade Cards, enrollment papers, discipline reports, letters from teachers and principals, it did not matter. The reason they changed their minds about this being proof of his residency is because, she continue to collect cash, foodstamp and other government assistance, in her state by stating that the child was still living with her for all of those years when he was not. We turned in receipts, showed bank transfers, money order receipts, canceled checks, and wire transactions receipts for all of those years to show that it was done monthly, but according to them, it was all gifts, and not considered child support. So basically, my husband is screwed, by a messed up system, that does not care about potential fraud.

His campaign staff has already said that when he promised to re-negotiate NAFTA he was just popping off at the lip with campaign rhetoric. Which he apparently was doing with lobbyists, earmarks, and secret prisons as well.
