In Michigan, as a Republican I am blacklisted from WIA training contracts even though I am a lot cheaper. The new "RAT" board can even suppress an Inspector's General Investigation of fraud. No fraud? Sure... sure. Michigan for example hasn't had any "fraud" investigations in years. Michigan is #1 in food stamp fraud; #1 in medicaid/medicare fraud; #1 in unemployment comp fraud ($2 Billion deficit); Drivers' License fraud, etc, etc. We are #1.
