I wanted to add a small comment to his answer. That is, if the Mother keeps moving around it may be impossible for the sheriff's department to serve her. They don't go out of their way, I 've found out numerous times. He needs to be in contact with them and give them any helpful information he may have in order for them serve the documents. Even though the father has two other children by another woman he is still required to assist in the support of the other child by this woman that has custody. Don't you think it could be said that he wants custody because he doesn't want to pay child support? Also, you are with this man and this is his side of the story, there are always two sides to a story and the mother has a side too. Maybe he abused her, maybe she doesn't think he is a great father, maybe she doesn't want him to be involved with the child other than monetarily. Did she falsify documents? She said that she has one child by this man and she does have one child by this man. The other two are by a different mother so how is that falsifying documents? Also, he flies to CA to see the child and the mother jumps from place to place, well you know what I wouldn't be spending money on a plane ticket unless I knew for sure that I was going to see the child. Maybe he wanted to fly to CA for other reasons he isn't telling you about. At any rate, he has you supporting him and his two other children. What makes you think that the woman that is running away from him didn't support him and all three children? Why should any woman support a GROWN MAN AND HIS CHILDREN, THAT IS HIS JOB.
