I know someone who is committing identity theft but nobody will listen to me?

I know the name of the person they took it from but nothing else about that person. I know the accounts they opened but the companies won’t release them. What else can I do? I feel guilty for knowing this.

You can google the FBI or local police or state police and give them the information.

Simple. Call the police.
Call the A.G. in your state from a pay phone and tell them what you know and then forget it. You did the right thing, but make sure you use a pay phone, that way they can’t trace the call and find out who you are.
