kidnapping and changing minor child ID AUSTRALIAN style and get away with it using the Commonwealth stall?

Using the Yahoo backbone the passport, drivers license, medicare card, birth certificate,bank information was being used to change the ID of my child. The Australian Commonwealth, has used its vast power to support this identification abuse and fraud and now that they have been caught doing it by using pen registers and other sniffing techniques they are running for cover of diplomatic immunity. Hey the ID work was so good that I have on record the Australian Police asking what I am doing with someones passport. They had no idea that the cyber was on the computer of a three year old, which was in 10 county court, Parkwood, QLD, in the house of a Gold Coast City council water department employees houe. This guy was then reported to the police in Southport as having recieved a change of ID fraud with some NSW people. Can you imagine this? The police have decide to do nothing!!! The goverment is complict in kidnap. Do you think that a KIDNAP should reamin uninvestigated.
