Need help revising a part of my resume?

Could use some helpful resume tips for revising my resume. Looking for a way to for my job history to sound more professional and simplified. Any help is appreciated, Thanks

Customer Service Consultant
Processed check orders for customers, making sure the customer properly verified all info on checks. Attention was always focused on the customers, listening for any signs of fraud.
Sometimes had to go above and beyond to get customers their checks in a timely fashion.
Also developed my skills within the company by cross training in other departments.

Assistant Manager
Trained new employees did a lot of up selling on merchandise, ran register, made sure the store was in good shape and well stocked.
Did store audits and ordered more merchandise for the store.
Made sure all monies were accounted for at the end of the night, including lottery tickets.
