Bank of America sent me a letter saying I owe them 2 monthly payments when I already paid them. They said if I don’t pay them then they will put a foreclosure on my home. Please help me! This is ruining my life, I feel so lost and mistreated – I don’t know what to do. I only have one of the two receipts for the payments now… I would get a lawyer, but obviously I can’t afford one. I am going to talk to them on Monday since they’re closed now and tomorrow. I seriously need help with how to deal with them, please save a life.
hey kempark, thanks a lot for your advice. What is wrong with money order (yes, I did use that method)? Is it because the bank employees could just take my money?
