Qualify with a fha loan been a victim of identity theft?

I was pre-approved thru the computer the lender put my info in 5/3 bank. My credit score pulled up as 537 and there are collections on there worried about qualifying. Will the underwriter even understand or am i just wasting my time help please.

A collections agency has reached me regarding an alleged debt from 1989? Is that allowed? ?

This so called creditor was involved in a fraud scam when they didn’t pay the finance company all of the clients payments. A class action suit was filed and every ones collections were dismissed in 1990. Now they are calling 20 years trying to collect again? Who can I call? Should I get a lawyer?
