Do you really expect change or just to return the troops home and more of the same old unresolved problems.?

It is my feeling the the governments not listening to the people anymore, we will get the same old spending on special intrest projects and not where it is needed .That inflation will continue to rise ahead of wages and that healthcare will remain on the burner with no progress towards a solution . The […]

So forgery and fraud are now okay, right? As long as you came here illegally?

Since it is so easy to find a "back" way into the United States (knowing full well it is against this country’s laws) AND pay off anyone in mexico for things such as grades or other necessities needed for american services (NOT making this up…heard it from an illegal immigrant’s daughter’s mouth)… Why stop there!?! Would I need to make a citizen's arrest against a US Federal agent(s) who perpetrated crimes?

I was arrested a period of time ago for "impersonating" myself. The prosectuor used all my evidence against me in a Judge trial and said that I had all my evidence, because I "wrongfully" got it (that was his ‘proof’. Since then, it was was found that I was indeed who I said I was […]

Might Obama be a fraud–that is, not the “people’s candidate” he pretends to be?

I am not talking about the claims that he is "linked to a terrorist," or a "socialist," or a "Muslim." I think these claims are quite beside the point. I am talking about the very very likely possibility that he is actually NOT WHAT HE SAYS HE IS–that is, that he does NOT represent "Mainstreet" […]

Why is it a ceo can walk off with $87 million and call it compensation when they have bankrupted the company.?

Thats fraud right . Thats taking money that does not rightfully belong to you . Just because you can sell something does not mean you should . I think I am alone in this respect and view . Sometimes the buyer needs to beware but criminals have gotten so good at plying their trade that […]

If you were to live a life of crime, what sort of criminal activity would you prefer to focus on?

I would like to be a computer genius who could deduct a penny or so out of every millionaire’s (in the whole world) bank account every month. This crime, it could be argued, would harm no one, but would vastly help myself. Unfortunately, I am not a computer genius. By the way, if someone commits […]

Would you trust a slick Chicago lawyer of ugly criminal association to take care of you over his own interests?

Would you trust a lawyer who’s represented a group of voter fraud pushing, community activists who pushed banks to make unsound loans? Who trained activists to pressure banks to make these unsecure loans? A lawyer with a history of dealing with criminals to help them politically, and radicals who’ve murdered in the past and had […]

How to prove selective prosecution by district attorney?

I believe a prosecutor is engaging in selective prosecution. The equal protection doctrine requires that persons in similar circumstances must receive similar treatment under the law. To support a claim of selective prosecution, a defendant bears the burden of establishing unconstitutional discrimination in the administration of a penal statute. United States v. Gutierrez, 990 F.2d […]
