This involves the states of Missouri and Montana
I am not yet divorced but have been separated from my wife for 5 years,due to finances, my work schedule, and her moving around constantly I am just now being able to start a divorce, which I know I can handle in my state of Montana.
However,before I have all the time needed for the divorce, I am needing to get a modification of my child support because its been over 3 years, I make less money,Health ins through my work is taking almost half my pay, all the kids are of school age now, she remains unemployed/underemployed because the boyfriend of 3 years she lives with supports her and makes a living on my support and pawning my poor kids stuff, and the main factor is she just moved my kids 1800 miles away from me and their extended family to Missouri and I have been active in their lives until she did this. I am wanting to get things modified before she does something to create a mess like she did the last time she moved states and got me charged CS by 2 states, but Montana doesnt seem to care, should I contact MO even though I dont live there and they dont have a case with me but there is an existing order in MT?
My second question is I am wanting to petition a DNA test and Affidavit Denial of Paternity for the youngest child who is 6. He is definitely not mine(product of 1 of many affairs she had) I was just given incorrect information about my rights when he was born and I was niave My wife has been quite ballsy and open in talking with the guy that I guess is his biological father and sending emails saying "here are pics of your son" I feel this has been fraud against me, shes moved closer to this guy now and is saying he can see him, and she even let him talk w/him on his birthday, and in recent years she has alienated just that child from me he doesnt even want to come with my other kids to visit anymore, and she has him calling her live in boyfriend Dad, and the child has what is considered a hereditary health prob and knowing the real father even just for that would probably help that situation.
But again I dont know what state to go through for that, do I go through my state of Montana, her new state of Missouri where the children are now?

I’m absolutely fed up with my hubby’s ex. They have a daughter together and she refuses to let him see her. There is no reason whatsoever that she shouldn’t be able to see her. She uses the excuse that he’s behind on child support (while she was being charded of ,000 in walefare fraud, he refused to make payments) but does that give her the right not to let her daughter see her father!?
My husband is NOT deadbeat. He has full (100%) custody of his two younger son and hasn’t seen a dime in child support from their mother. His ex was being charged with welfare fruad because she was working full time, collecting welfare AND receiving child support from my husband. He stopped temporarily because SHE wasn’t paying back the amount SHE owed him. As far as custody, they basically have joint custody (it’s about 60/40) and she violated the court order by moving out of state (they were supposed to stay in WA and she moved half way accross the country). In the last 10 years, he has bought several plane tickets to fly her out here to spend time with my husband, and her mother woulnd’t put her on the plane. The last time, he waited three hours at the airport for her, only later to find out that his ex didn’t get her to the airport and didn’t even have the decency to call him.

On another note, I’m not justifying a man refusing to pay child support. I just don’t think it’s an ex

Ok here’s my question my husband’s ex wife owes over ,500 in back child support the last time she filed income tax we got it, that was about 6 years ago. Since then she went on SSD but she told me that ever since she quit working she allows someone else to claim her other 2 children for the EIC and they give her most of the money so me and my husband don’t get it (God forbid she actually take care of her kids) but anyhow would that be tax fraud on her part as well as the other person and how would we report it to the IRS? I have her SSN but not the 2 kids’ and I don’t know who the person claiming them is. But in the past she claimed them on her income tax return. So can I report her to the IRS without having to give mine or my husband’s name as if she found out it was us it would cause a big headache as she has some visitation of the kids. I know her other kids don’t qualify as dependents for someone else. They live with her and she collects all the welfare she can get for them.

How do I notify anyone of her fraud saying she was a single person… technically that is a marital asset right?
All Iknow is after we went to mediation I we agreed would pay her 2 years back child support and let her dad adopt our child.. that was the last time I saw her. She packed up and moved with her parents. I looked it up on the internet where her and her parents are on the mortgage… but only the parents are on the deed. I would not be out for blood, but I went to mediation last year and once I agreed to let her dad adopt the child between us and she split town, her and he lawyer have iled to file necessary papers so we can get divorced and her lawyer will not communicate with mine… so it is back to court and I KNOW she will not be at the hearing in Aug. She isnt going to drive 8 hours for that. I am sure she will come up with some lame excuse and just have it drug out longer.

Okay, so here’s my problem. I am very careful with my ID, numbers etc but last time I called my mother she says people from places I would never do bissness with are asking for me at her number. (No I don’t live with her.) I’m really new to what to do, because I figured if I was super careful I wouldn’t have to learn. I know your supposed to report something stolen, (Wallet etc.) except I have that still. If it was stolen, it had to be during a move or by someone in my house while I was asleep. In recent times, there has been a steady loss of famous people due to CANCER. The last time I wrote about this on YAHOO! Answers, it was Jade Goody. When a person is diagnosed with cancer, everyone throws up their hands: "We can’t do anything about this!!!"

To get to the point, when I was 24, I learned the simple cure for up to 98% of sickness and disease. Including CANCER. This is FASTING.

I was a member of a marginalized Pentecostal sect called the FULL SALVATION CHURCH, which preached that "If you were sick with anything, then you were not saved." That is, "If Jesus did not redeem us from sickness and disease, he did not redeem us from anything."

The HEALTH of the Human body depends on obeying the Fundamental Laws dictated by The CREATOR of the Human body.
The entire point of Bible Religions, which is exclusive in most other religions, is that GOD CARES about the HEALTH of His People who obey Him for HIS sake, and TAKES CARE OF THEM. The Bible says that he is served by LIVING people, not by the DEAD.

I insist that the medical authorities of the Western World- those who decide what is and what is not taught to be "medicine" ALL KNOW what Mr. Franklin Hall discovered, and deliberately COVER IT UP, so that expensive medical treatments will be sold to patients- at the cost of the lives of many of them.

The healthy Human body has everything it needs within to fight off 98% of disease, and to correct 98% of its functional ailments.
To deploy its resources to fullest effect, it needs to do only one thing:

STOP EATING.

Eating even healthy food ties up body resources that should be mobilized toward disease. It makes processed food substances across the spectrum of nutrition available to the invading germ, or the aberrant cell. The great secret of a lengthy and expensive hospital stay is that Western Medicine typically INSISTS on feeding a patient EVERYTHING a THEIR CONDITION needs. Anyone who is overweight for their size to start with has about two months of food stored in their body that they don’t need. Obesity HELPS disease to develop. Add to carbohydrates- glucose is released into the blood stream and shipped to every part of the body this side of one’s toenails! The fastest form of energy known to germs!

At the turn of the 20th Century, one Dr. BATES discovered that a short fast of up to ten days and nights corrected ocular problems, whereby they no longer needed glasses. He was quickly discredited and marginalized, despite his practical proof of his theories. He died in poverty. WHY? He did not realize that he had sounded the death-knell of Western Medicine that is based on poisoning the body and the ailment together, taking the CHAN
CHANCE that the ailment will succumb first.
When food intake is stopped completely, the alimentary canal goes into shut-down. The blood supply that was engaged in digestion of meals now has that chore removed from its "to-do list," and can face its tertiary task of shipping waste products out of the body.

FASTING is not THIRSTING. It is VERY IMPORTANT that a person drinks a more than adequate amount of water during the fast. Satisfying thrist is not the goal. It is important that waste products associated with unused fat that begins to be burned up as from the fourth day of fasting (it takes three days to deplete stored carbohydrate in the body) are removed as quickly as possible.
These products are deadly to the body, and if not sweated and urinated out, will kill a person in a matter of days. This is mistaken for STARVATION. No normal person can starve to death in a week.

It is vital to the survival of medicine as a Corporate Machine that the public not know that an average person can not merely SURVIVE for weeks on end without eating, BUT WILL BE BETTER OFF, and HEALTHIER for having done so.

One of the two decides he is in danger of starving to death- when it is unlikely they could have been stranded without supplies for longer than three days. he therefore attacks his comrade with the intention of killing and eating his flesh in order to survive, but dies instead, whereupon his comrade feeds on HIM.

There are stories of crash and shipwreck victims eating the flesh of ther dead comrades- even murdering them when supplies run out.

This is usually due to IGNORANCE.
It is several weeks before one is in any danger of starvation. Most have no way to know that.
It should be part of the education of every schoolchild that the body is capable of interesting things.

One of the most important is that after three days without food, the production of digestive juice STOPS, and with it, HUNGER. The average person ASSUMES that as they go without food for days on end, they will feel HUNGRIER and HUNGRIER, and grow WEAKER and WEAKER.

VERIFICATION OF FASTING CURING ILLNESSES AND AILMENTS: Locate the remains of FULL SALVATION CHURCH in America, and possibly other countries worldwide. These consist of people who have actually fasted to the (safe) limit of their body resources. They know by personal experience that it works.

Not being insensitive to your situation, prescribing fasting to someone in the wasting stage of disease is like giving karate advice to someone in a fight who has just got both arms broken, or business investment strategies to someone who is already broke.

If one is bedfast in hospital, the case may be too bad to do anything but rely on the doctors. Cancer treatment is painful enough by itself, even if one does survive it. Fasting enables one to avoid all that and save money.

The entire reason why many have these problems is that they disrespect people who have important knowledge as "nutcases." Your term. I don’t care what people say about me, if what I say can save some lives somewhere. We cannot afford to dismiss informants-shoot messengers- because they are not fashionable. Your family’s case proves that.

My X owes me over k in arrears for child support. Now her taxes were offset over .5k to partially pay that. I noticed a discrepancy though when asking about release date for the deposit. Child Support said 35 days instead of 180 days for a Married-Joint Return. They said that 35 days was because the return was in her name only.

For that return amount, that she has 3 kids and only worked 1/2 the year, I suspect she filed Head of House instead of Married separate. This she was not entitled to do as far as I can see as she remarried in Nov 07.

This is the second fraud I know of concerning her. Last time (2005 Tax Year) she got an extra k while trying to make me owe .5K after the separation by filing Head of House while I filed Married Separate, despite separating in September and not being divorced.

Could the IRS, if they found she has filed a fraudulent return, try and come after my Child support receipts after they have been disbursed to me for my daughters support?
