Barack voted no as an Ill state senator on a bill that would give medical treatment to babies born after botched abortions. He claims that if the bill would have matched the federal bill he would have voted yes. Problem is that both bills are identical in wording. Barack even voted yes to amend the Illinois bill to match the amendment on the federal bill. So is he lying about his vote, or did someone commit fraud and change the bill later? If there was fraud, why is he a Constitutional lawyer not going after the person who committed fraud?

How about suspending the COLA for members of Congress (who by the way vote yes every year to give themselves substantial raises in salary) or the COLA for federal employees who receive substantial salaries (I used to be a federal employee so I know they make good money)? Rather than the people who need it the most.
