What happens when u leave state purposely and miss your arraignment for check fraud and credit card miss use?

My brother-in-law moved his girlfriend and daughter out of state to my mother-in-laws. He did not tell his Mom his girlfriend was to be arraigned today on check fraud and credit cared miss use. He did this so she wouldn’t go to jail. This isn’t the first time she has had trouble, actually she was charged for the same thing a few years ago. I just wanted to know what will happen to her, or if my mother-in-law will have any problems( as far as the law )? I haven’t told my mother-in-law anything because I don’t want to get involved for fear that this girl could hurt me or my family. (I don’t trust her)
