In 2005 My little bro. decided to use my personal I.D (drivers license) when he got pulled over for a traffic violation. This happened a few more times in 06,07 and stopped in 08. I filed a police report maybe two months ago 6-2011 and would like to know what the statute of limitations is on this crime and how much jail time if any. This all happened in the State of California
