Why do non- resident victims of internet fraud have no rights to justice in Ohio?
A fraudalent ebay seller recently took over ,000, did not ship the purchased items and will not refund the money. And there is plenty of documentation to prove these charges. Yet, Ohio law enforcement officials will do nothing. Absolutely nothing to bring this fraudalent scam artist to justice. It falls upon the victims (2 in this instance) to travel to Ohio and go to the legal expense of civil litigation to receive any kind of justice. If you live in Ohio, go ahead and scam the out-of-state public all you want. Chances are you will get by with it with no repercussions. My advice to anyone shopping on ebay is Don't Buy From An Ohio Seller! You might get taken and have no recourse for restitution except through your own very great expense!

Because Ohio is one of the worst states in America to handle things fairly. It, quite frankly, is one of the worst states. I hate it and it's Rep.'s too.
